9. Data Retention

747link retains your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by law or legitimate business purposes. Specifically:

• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your 747link membership and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction and Financial Data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the relevant transaction, as required under Philippine AML legislation.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in risk to your rights and freedoms, 747link will notify you and the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with NPC Circular 16-03.

13. Children and Minors

The 747link Platform is strictly intended for adults aged twenty-one (21) years and above, in accordance with Philippine online gaming regulations. 747link does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If 747link becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, it will immediately close the associated account, return any deposited funds, void any wagering activity, and securely delete all personal data associated with the minor's account. Any winnings generated by an underage account shall be forfeited.

14. Amendments to This Policy
